Urgently looking for a Female Back Office Executive who can join immediately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-To provide administrative and support to the General Manager.
-To work behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of the company.
-To perform key administrative duties like preparing quotations, make invoices, send e-mails and answer office calls.
-To do market research, data analysis, and basic accounting functions.
-Organize meetings for the General Manager
-Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
Qualifications:
-High-level written and verbal communication skills.
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
-Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
-Familiarity with market research techniques.
-A hardworking and trustworthy person
