Beauty does not make its possessor happy, but those who can love and adore it. Hermann Hesse
Bio
María Dolores Gutiérrez Maria Isasi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is museologist and teaches courses and seminars on World Museums and Art History. Since 2005, she also designs necklaces and writes articles about art and culture. The collection
The necklaces of this collection capture the effect of the charm of nature and its beauty, and its mystery is revealed in the subtle mix of materials, colors and textures. Thus, stones, metals and vegetable cross borders and unite their nature and join through art to give life to a collar, which essence will be visible and eternal. A necklace LOLA by LOLA is not just an object of adornment but also a symbol that express that each woman wants to communicate. Inspiration
The design of each necklace is always unique and inspired in places, moments, people, in art works, nature, in the end, in life itself. Although technology can achieve material combinations and multifarious forms, Dolores returned to its original idea: highlight and preserve the beauty of nature. Materials
For its beauty, rarity, texture and colors, semi-precious stones are the foundation of all designs. There are very few natural materials that can be compared with the perfect imperfection of stones. Each is unique and mixed with noble materials such as silver, wood, leather and resin, stones confer its qualities and magic to each necklace.
