NEW TO OUR PREMIUM RANGE — BOG OAK

A ring with a story that began centuries — and potentially thousands of years — before it was crafted.

Our latest premium creation pairs the strength and brilliant finish of tungsten with the deep, rich character of Bog Oak.

Bog Oak isn’t a separate species of tree. It is ancient oak that has lain preserved beneath peat bogs for hundreds or sometimes thousands of years. The low-oxygen environment slows normal decay, while minerals and iron salts in the surrounding peat react with the oak’s natural tannins, gradually transforming the timber from its original colour into the distinctive deep brown and near-black tones seen today.

The result is a naturally preserved piece of history — and because genuine Bog Oak is recovered only in limited quantities, it has become a particularly prized material.

Set into polished tungsten, every piece of Bog Oak has its own grain, colouring and story, meaning no two rings will ever be exactly alike.

Crafted from tantalum and featuring an inlay of 4.5-billion-year-old meteorite, this ring carries a piece of the early solar system — material almost as old as Earth itself.
