To officially round off the program, here is the knowledge shared from many Asia-Pacific representative teams who have travelled to Australia before you:

"Nothing stays the same, where you came from and where you went to. You can share your stories, but noone else can really know it themselves, unless they were there in your shoes. So, you will need to adjust again, just like you did when you first arrived there. But this time, its 100% up to you and only you":

1. Sleep
2. Drink water
3. Go for a walk on Country. You are where you are.
4. Make quiet time: write down your own lessons for playing or managing on-field & off-field.
5. Share it with your family
6. Be humble. Always.
7. Know that the connections last forever. Smile.

Last day of the Nationals Program:
10:30am: rehab, relaxing, some shopping (finally) starting lagoon... Then straight to...
2pm: Finals@ Cazaly's Stadium (polo shirts)
7pm: Home-cooked dinner City
830pm+: (Optional)

very hard game against ACT... but improved on our tackling, set ourselves up for goal kicks several times with style... And really enjoyed every second of our football
