To avoid accidental damage, please be sure not to wear your necklace in water, expose it to mineral solvents such as turpentine, do not let it be rubbed on rough surfaces, nor dropped onto hard surfaces. These pieces are not made of metal, but clay and sometimes fragile stones and crystals. They are delicate items which need to be worn with care. Please also note that unless stated that fastenings are made of silver or gold they will be a metal which does tarnish over time. This is to keep prices affordable. Most fastenings can be changed to silver or gold at an additional cost if desired.
