✨ YOU ASKED FOR IT... SO HERE IT IS! ✨

After so many requests to learn how to make your own chain from scratch, I'm excited to finally announce my brand-new Advanced Silversmithing – Chain Making Workshop at the Cobb+Co Museum in Toowoomba!

⛓️ 18th & 19th July 2026
📍 Cobb+Co Museum, Toowoomba 🕘 2-Day Weekend Workshop

This is a workshop I've had countless students ask for over the years, and I'm thrilled to finally bring it to life.

Over two immersive days, you'll learn how to create your own handcrafted chain using recycled sterling silver, copper and brass.

Starting with raw wire, you'll discover the traditional techniques used to form, shape, solder and assemble individual links into beautiful wearable jewellery.

By the end of the weekend, every student will leave with:

✨ 1 handcrafted necklace
✨ 1 handcrafted bracelet
✨ The skills and confidence to continue making chain at home

This is an advanced workshop designed for students who are ready to take their silversmithing skills to the next level and learn one of the most requested jewellery-making techniques.

There's something incredibly satisfying about transforming recycled metal into metres of beautiful chain with your own hands.

Places are limited and I have a feeling this one will fill quickly. Follow the link in my bio to book.

Who's ready to make chain? ⛓️🔥

Thought it was time for a little update on my RHS journey.

It's been 1 year, 3 months and 16 days since I was diagnosed with Ramsey Hunt Syndrome.

Progress has been slow but steady, as my muscles and nerves re-awaken and re-learn what they're meant to do.

I no longer look or feel like a stroke victim which is great. There's still some muscle twitching and tightness, but with daily stretching and facial exercises, each day shows more improvement.

Today I had Botox to help remove some of the Synkinesis (an involuntary, unwanted muscle movement that happens at the same time as a voluntary one. It is essentially a "miswiring" of the nerves) in my face.

24 injections in total...let's see what that does.

Now to make funny faces for the next few hours to activate the toxin.

The students had so much fun they didn't want to leave.

✨️ Introducing one of my newest designs, the Crane Fly✨️

This unusual looking insect is known as the Crane Fly (family Tipulidae) or Daddy Long - Legs Spider. However, they are not related.

They look like giant mosquitoes with their long skinny legs and long wings but are quite harmless and do not bite, sting, or suck blood.

I'll be bringing both these earrings and necklace designs with me to this Saturday.

✨ What a weekend at Handmade Canberra Market! ✨

I had the best time — so much fun, so many laughs, and so many amazing people. I met heaps of new faces, caught up with some of our lovely regular customers, and got to show off some of my new designs… which were a total hit! 💛

I’m truly grateful for all the feedback, smiles, kind words, and support — it honestly means the world.

A huge thank you to the team at for inviting me back and organising such a fabulous event.

Well done, everyone.

And of course, to my good friend Marnie , without your help and support over the weekend, I would have been a mess, haha. So thanks, gurl 💚

Now that I'm back home it’s time for a well‑earned rest before doing it all again this coming Saturday at at Felons Brewery, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
