A sweet little number from a few weeks ago♥️ We were thrilled to create this gorgeous textural dream for and George’s engagement party - our Lemon Elderflower cake covered in a weaved buttercream texture, finished with raspberries and matching bows💁🏼‍♂️🍋 Our dream cake for two of our favourites for their special celebration😘

A twist on a traditional classic for this epic wedding cake🤍 Our version of the Italian Millefoglie, wide layers of crispy pastry with dollops of crema pasticcera and whipped cream, both heady with vanilla bean💁🏼‍♂️ Finished with a lux pile of onyx-shaded blackberries, together with that stunning backdrop, making for a dramatic finish🌊 A big, huge congratulations to and Matt - loved creating this for you special day👰🏽‍♀️🤍🤵🏽

This has to be the ✨prettiest✨ wedding cake we’ve made in a long while🩷😍 Tall, with subtle texture on the base and top tiers, making for the perfect canvas for those fluffy pink roses, dramatic phalaenopsis orchids and lush gum leaves🍃💁🏼‍♂️ A fun mix of florals on this classic design makes for a fresh, pretty, classic wedding cake that we just adore💕

We had the utter delight in catering an event for the CGS Past Parents Association at the Banks Rowing Club on the Yarra River on Friday evening, and take a look at what we served up💁🏼‍♂️ Along with this absolutely stunning grazing table full of antipasto delights, we served up a plethora of other offerings, from fresh bruschetta, chunky meat pies, beef sliders, pork belly morsels, blinis, Moroccan lamb ci**rs, Arancini, chicken skewers and, of course, sausage rolls♥️🤤 All of this delish food was served up by our gorgeous waitresses, Ellie, Krystal, Veronica and Constance - you ladies were amazing - THANKYOU😍 .carroll.r we hope everyone had a wonderful night and enjoyed all the food😘

Last weekend, we had the absolute pleasure of creating this gorgeous spread for a Hens Party Breakfast🍋🩵👰🏼‍♀️ With the goal to line the ladies stomachs before a day of winery hoping, we went with a Bagel bar, with fresh bagels from and a scrummy selection of fresh toppings🥯 Salmon, cucumber, eggs, tomatoes, several cream cheese schemers - all bases covered💁🏼‍♂️🥒 And a little sweet option of some fresh overnight oats, topper with juicy mango and strawberry chunks🍓 We loved creating this for all the ladies, and hope they had the best day celebrating their hen, 🥰

It just *had* to be a Harry Potter cake for my brother’s birthday cake, as per the strict stipulations given to me by my nephew, James💁🏼‍♂️⚡️ What nearly was the Gringott’s Bank covered in goblins🫣 ended up being a recreation of the cake Dobby dropped on the Dursley’s dinner guests✨Flamboyantly frilled in mint green and lavender, all finished with a heap of red glacé cherries, made for a truely magical birthday cake🍒 And all complete with a Lego Dobby built by James😍

We’re a week late posting this, but this may well be the cake of our dreams🩷🪷💚 Loosely inspired by the Japanese art form of Ikabana floral arranging, we created this domed beauty💁🏼‍♂️ With an eclectic mix of piped buttercream, subtle touches of colour, bows and fluffy florals, all the perfect base for those ah-MAY-zingly structural anthuriums, we think this is an eccentric but very cool take on a Bridal Shower cake✨

We absolutely love a simple cake design, especially when it gives off starry night sky vibes⭐️🌠✨ Our chocolate mud cake has been layered with a raspberry-blueberry jam (our new favourite filling) and covered in royal blue vanilla buttercream💙Studded with blue and gold beads to finish off the look, we think this is a fab cake for a 90th celebration💁🏼‍♂️
