Soft curve Sapphire solitaire

This has been a very popular design for quite a while now in the jewellery world and I can totally see why!

I’d like to share with you one of our latest custom pieces that left the workshop and also say thank you!

Unearthed from our very own underground Sapphire mine in Rubyvale ⛏️

This is the latest addition to our cut stone collection 💎

I still can remember the excitement of the moment we pulled this one out of the pulsator ✨

After a thorough assessment of the rough stone, Mo decided to slice it in half due to the location of cracks and inclusions.
It’s always a hard decision to make but we’d rather have one or two really good but smaller Sapphires than one big included or dull stone.

It just shows you that finding the Sapphire is only one part of the journey from the rough stone to a finished piece of jewellery 💍

This beautiful blue/green Sapphire weighs in at 1.80ct and is available for a bespoke design ✨

New stock ring ✨

It’s been a while since I had the time to create a new piece for our collection, which is a good problem to have 😇
This design I had in mind for a while.

I’m not gonna lie, the cushion cut Sapphire is a little on the darker side, but in the right light it comes to live, displaying the typical central Queensland blue/green tones that I love so much! 🌊

Little details like the ornamental band and the little rose window inspired cut out in the bezel settings make this ring different and unique.

It’s handmade in a rich 14k yellow gold to set a nice contrast to the deep teal 1.10ct cushion cut Sapphire, mined and cut by Mo 💎

We designed a ring that created a perfect balance between durability and daintiness.
A ring that can be worn everyday, providing a secure, yet elegant home for that stunning 2.49ct Sapphire 💎
A little cut out in the setting allows some extra light to enter underneath the stone ✨

Big shout out to Taylor (and really all my amazing customers) for being super supportive along the way, open to suggestions and eagerly following the making process 💍💕

A stunning Queensland oval Sapphire, flanked by two pear shaped diamonds, the perfect combination ✨

There’s more to it though than just putting the right stones together to make a pretty ring!
It seems like a straight forward design, but little details and decisions make this piece look perfectly balanced from every angle.

Fully handmade in Platinum, featuring a 2.45ct oval parti Sapphire with it’s colors ranging from sunflower yellow to olive green 🌻🫒 💍✨
