Winnifred’s ‘une maison’ strives to develop an understanding and respect of small grower wines and terroir, whilst symbolising warmth and education over an enlightening enchanted moment. Was gracious, giving, held compassion, strength of character and brought peace and friendship to all. Her house was warm, welcoming, perfumed of baked brioche and biscuits, it was a house of blessings and non-judgemental unity. She now rises with the vivacity of each mornings light, softly sails through the trees’ breeze, smiles beyond the stars’ sparkle and subtly glows from within the eloquent beads of champagne..
