**Delivery Information**
- Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT (Delivery within 24–48 hours)
- Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is the standard payment method for all orders within Dhaka.
Exchange and Return Policy To maintain quality standards, we follow a strict inspection process before shipping. In case of a damaged or incorrect item:
1. An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
2. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
3. If the claim is verified, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
