🐎I'd love to show you a really special bracelet I made recently for Melanie to honour her beloved late horse, Zack.

🐴Zack was an inquisitive horse with a brilliant sense of humour, and he just adored Melanie! They trusted each other completely, navigating through multiple injuries, always beating the odds and going the distance together until he passed in June 2024.

We chose warm earthy tones to match Zack's beautiful bay colour and his warm, trusting nature.
Now, she can keep his beautiful energy by her side always.

Taking moments to intentionally prioritize your peace supports good mental health. When we take time to notice, not only the things around us, but also those within us, we can start to see the places we want to make little shifts that can create a ripple effect.

The Sunrise Challenge campaign creates an opportunity to come together to share experiences and insights. To spread inspiration. To share light. To tell our stories. And to raise awareness and funds to support the groundbreaking mental health research initiatives happening at CAMH. 

CAMH's mental health research and programs are the sunshine that makes a difference in so many lives.

🌄The 2026 CAMH Sunrise Challenge began today! And knowing we are in it together means so much!

Each day this week our team will choose to do something beneficial for our mental health, while raising money and awareness for CAMH and their mental health initiatives.

This is a cause that is really close to our hearts. We know that by sharing our personal experiences — of struggles and of overcoming adversity — we feel less alone and better able to see the supports that surround us. 

The more we share our stories, the more we shine light on the importance of mental health and decrease the stigma that still causes so much harm. Mental health is health! And it is impacted by societal factors, which include proof of support. We can have a positive impact just by showing up.🙌❤️

And that’s why we are choosing to rise together this week: to prove that no one is alone!

When we join together and mutually support one another through struggles and successes, we help to ensure no one is left behind.
