The leaves are falling. So are we. 🍁…..Falling in Love….💛

There’s something about a Canadian fall: golden afternoons, crunchy leaves underfoot, a sweater that smells faintly of woodsmoke. We wanted to bottle a little of it, so we carved our maple leaf into the iridescence of mother-of-pearl.

Expect scattered compliments and a strong front of “wait, where’d you get that?” At least one stranger at the Safeway checkout will ask about your necklace while you act totally casual about it.

There’s also an advisory for anyone still saving the good earrings for “someday.” Someday isn’t coming. It’s October. Wear them to the dentist.

Goodbye, summer. ☀️🍂

This summer asked a lot of my heart. It held some of the deepest sadness I’ve ever known, as I said goodbye to my dad. And somehow, in the middle of all that, it also held so much light.

Lake days and golden sunsets. Fresh-picked flowers and beets from the garden. Impromptu trips, from mountain waterfalls all the way to the Amalfi coast. Watching my boys soak up long days and make memories I hope they carry forever. Laughing with good friends until my cheeks hurt, exactly when I needed it most.

And through it all, you showed up. This was the biggest season yet for my little business. Every order, every message and every piece worn out into the world meant more to me than you’ll ever know. Thank you for making room for my work in your summer. 🤍

Grief and joy sat side by side this season, and I’ve learned they can. I’m grateful for every moment, the heavy ones and the beautiful ones.

Summer, you broke my heart and filled it at the same time. I’ll never forget you.

Anniversary/ Inspiration trip, but make it a mood board. 🇮🇹✨

My husband and I just got back from Sorrento, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast — equal parts wedding anniversary celebration and inspiration-scouting mission (some things never change 😉). Turns out cliffside villages, endless coastline, and lemon groves at golden hour are exactly the kind of chaos my brain needed.

Here’s the thing about traveling for this business — I never come home with just photos. I come home with color palettes, textures, and a dozen new pendant ideas scribbled on hotel notepads. This year it’s sun-bleached blues, sea glass, and that specific shade of Amalfi coral that doesn’t have a name yet (I’m working on it).

Here’s to another year with my favorite travel partner, and to whatever these Italy inspiration turn into next. Stay tuned — new pieces are already in the works. 💫
