Welp... I had written this really lovely long post about being thankful and IG decided today would be a good day to choose not to post any of my caption🙄

The thing I'm most thankful for this year and every year is my husband. He is my rock, my best friend, my biggest cheerleader and most of all..his love for me is so strong that on special occasions and holidays such as these I don't feel the loneliness that one without a family to celebrate with might feel.
I love you babe🩵 I'm not the best with words but I hope you know how much you mean to me. Today and everyday.🩵

Hey there!👋
It's been a long time since I introduced myself, so hello and welcome to my new followers and a big thank you to all the fabulous people who've been in this with me for the long haul.

I've lived in South Western Ontario with my amazingly supportive husband and our sassy, lovable dog, Lily, for the last 10 years. We're so lucky to be able to say we have Lake Huron and the St Clair River in our proverbial backyard. 🌊 Water has always been a safe space for me when life gets to be too much or my anxiety runs rampant. I can go to the water and it refills the parts of me that have run empty.🌊

When winter hits and that beautiful water freezes over (thanks Canada😜) I find my solace in gemstones and colourful beads. Focusing on my creativity during the winter months really helps get me through those dark and dreary deep winter months (sorry, not much of a winter girl.😂)

My love for jewellery, especially bracelets started when I was quite young. It started with the all famous friendship bracelets made with thread and then I stepped into using beads and never looked back. As the years went on I improved my designs and upgraded my supplies to high quality gems and metals. Which brings me to where I am today with my craft, sourcing only high quality gemstones and using stainless steel accents in all my designs to prevent the metal from ever changing colour on your pieces.

During the week I moonlight as an Administrator for a financial advisor (but that's the boring day job stuff.😉) After hours you can find me making jewelry as you already know but my other creative outlook that not a lot of you might know is that I took up photography last year. 📸 It's truly been a labour of love learning the in and outs of photography and editing and I'm by no means done learning but I'm having a blast on this journey.
