My goal is to create wearable bits of coastal glimmers... intangible textures that evoke calm, pleasure, happiness, and memories of beach days and forest hikes.

That feeling of quieting the racing thoughts when watching the waves is what I hope to package into my jewellery.

Cry over spilled molten silver?? Me? Nah.

This cast was calamitous from the start.. I kept forgetting things, miscalculating, spilling, stumbling & bumbling all more than usual, but I got it done!

Can I blame it on the moon? Or Mercury perhaps?

The cast turned out ok, only a couple pieces were incomplete. Onward!

Oh that silver dribble will just go right back into the next cast, not to worry!

BUT...

It's going to be a limited run again. 😮‍💨

I have to disembowel the studio to fix it up, and that starts very soon. So once I have enough orders to fill a cast before I unplug everything, I gotta cut it off again.

I am also still exhausted and sad. So I'm scared to commit to big numbers.

TL;DR: be quick, get a few, only a handful available. 😵‍💫

It was the year we moved from Kelowna to Victoria and began our Island adventure.

There were many many more hikes and adventures than we get to do these days. 🧗🏻‍♀️

Two dogs instead of one, and the kitty. 🥲 I miss them so much.

Still trying to do the photography thing. 📸

Working in the camera store. 💀

And about to dive in to having my diamond re-set... a deep dive research journey that started me on a completely new path 🤯
