Ever wondered why handcrafted jewellery can cost more than a piece found in a jewellery store?

Part of the answer lies in how it is made. Many commercially produced pieces are cast in batches from the same design, then finished, set with stones and polished.

At Silver Moon Metal Design, I hand-fabricate each piece—a process that begins long before the jewellery takes shape. I melt silver and gold grain, then use my rolling mill to transform the metal into sheet and wire. From there, I cut, file, shape, solder, texture, set and polish, bringing every design to life by hand.

This work takes time, patience and many hours at the bench. Each finished piece carries the care, skill and craftsmanship woven into its making.

I take great pride in creating jewellery that feels personal and distinctive—something for you to wear, love and treasure for years to come.

My newest ring brings together icy blue, deep violet-blue, soft lavender and a clear, sparkling stone in a playful cluster. Each gemstone sits in its own smooth bezel, with a nice thick, polished band completing the bold design.
