Friends, family, and everyone who happens to come across this post… please stop and read this one.

Every November, Jay Perry starts rallying our community together in the most beautiful way through the Friends with Hearts initiative — creating an opportunity for all of us to contribute, in whatever way we can to bring joy to children in our community on Christmas morning.

And honestly… it is something really special to watch.

Post after post. Person after person. Small donations. Big donations. Businesses. Families. Friends.

Everyone doing a little bit to make Christmas a little brighter for children in our community.

And that is exactly where this idea came from.

A few years ago, I was inspired by my little cousins who made and sold loom bracelets, donating their proceeds to Friends With Hearts. I loved that they found a simple way to use something they created to give back.

So this year, I wanted to borrow their beautiful idea and put my own spin on it.
