I never identified as an artist. I admired those that displayed amazing talent and I found a sense of awe and emotion in art but I never saw myself as ‘artistic’.
Living off the grid was a life changing experience for me. I learnt things about myself that I would never have taken the time to learn. Life was not easy, living off the grid. It was unpredictable and one had to dig real deep with each morning to find the self reliance to make a living and get by in a community with little in the way of employment opportunities.
I discovered Wicca and witchcraft while searching the deepest corners of my soul. I began living by the patterns of nature, following the moon cycle and studied the origins of magic and pagan traditions.
It wasn’t long until I decided I needed some tools of a witches trade, if I was to explore further this love of magic that was unfolding inside of me.
