Lesson learned! Leave the setting of tanzanites to my jeweller. He would die if he knew I tried this. 🙄 So this is a 3 carat stone, figured I’d try setting it myself... yeah crazy right?? It was going really well until... it cracked in half, so... after much crying and cursing 😫.. I glued it back together then set it again. Obviously will not be selling this one.
But here it is, still pretty and if I do say so myself, my “glueing together very valuable gems” skills are pretty good!! Lol
