Doussot Watches is the independent microbrand created by Laurent Doussot — award-winning , knife maker, sculptor and industrial designer. For decades, Laurent has worked with steel and exotic materials, sculpting award-winning folding knives recognized for their balance, textures, and craftsmanship. With Doussot Watches, he brings the same philosophy into horology:

t's official — ONAMI launches on Kickstarter June 24. 🌊
When I started Doussot Watches, the ocean was the whole reason — surfing, sailing, diving. ONAMI (大波, "big wave") is what came out of it: a forged-case automatic dive watch with an internal rotating bezel and 200m water resistance, built with the same obsession over finish and materials I spent 20 years developing as a knifemaker.
The prototypes are now in my hands — and they're everything I hoped for.
Four dial variants, each its own piece of the ocean: Red Sea, Black Sea, Andaman Sea, and Sunset. Limited to 300 Founder pieces.
