It was such a pleasure meeting Randi and Val on Saturday. Both ladies embraced new jewelry‑making techniques and created truly meaningful pieces. Val incorporated a beautiful vintage pendant that once belonged to her grandmother, giving it new life in a stunning necklace. Randi designed matching mother‑and‑daughter charm bracelets, along with a lovely pair of earrings crafted from crystals repurposed from a vintage lampshade.

Thank you so much to Jillian, Abigail, and Dorothy for joining our Jewelry Recycle Workshop tonight!

These ladies dove right in, picked up new skills with enthusiasm, and created some truly stunning pieces.

They transformed a single earring into a brand‑new necklace, crafted a charm bracelet from old charms and a spare chain, turned a lone butterfly pendant into a gorgeous statement piece, and even designed a whole new beaded necklace to complement a beautiful tiger’s eye pendant.

Dorothy went above and beyond—she not only made charming bookmarks from preloved fabric and pendant accents, but also created two beaded rings from old necklace pieces.
