My cat will not give me a single moment's peace when I sew at home. The button situation on my medieval silk gown is a big disaster so we'll see how that shakes out. The reenactment starts Thursday so really I have three days šŸ« Lots of sewing to do, plus event planning and packing and all that jazz!

I am very excited to be participating in The Shape of Movement, gallery show at Carnegie gallery, starting this Friday October 2nd. On the 2nd there will be an opening starting at 7 with w**e and snacks and you will get to see all the amazing pieces included in the show. The show will be open till November 8th so if you can't make it this Friday you can still see the work.
It was great fun to get to do something really creative. My piece is called Tides and includes labradorite, blue topaz and cubic zirconia set in sterling silver.
