Meet Sana: This young woman from Delhi in India, is an example of perseverance and ambition. As a witness to her father’s difficulties in the family business, she took the initiative to offer his handcrafted jewelry to socially responsible brands like MERSIO, which support the fair trade principles.

Today, the organization supports more than 80 artisans. The group encourages women empowerment and provides access to education for the youth of the community. MERSIO is committed to support their social programs and we are proud to offer fair wages to the artisans and to contribute to their positive development.

Rencontre Sana: Cette jeune femme de Delhi en Inde, est un exemple de persévérance et d’ambition. Étant témoin des difficultés rencontrés par son père au sein de l’entreprise familiale, elle a pris l’initiative d’offrir ses bijoux faits à la main à des entreprises socio-responsables comme MERSIO, qui soutiennent les principes du commerce équitable.

Tous les efforts réalisés permettent aujourd’hui de soutenir plus de 80 artisans de l’organisation, d’augmenter le pouvoir d’Action des femmes, en plus de rendre l’éducation accessible aux plus jeunes. MERSIO s’est engagé à soutenir les programmes sociaux de l’entreprise familiale et nous sommes fiers de collaborer avec cette organisation en offrant une rémunération juste et équitable aux artisans.
