How to meditate with your mala 📿

Going through 54 or 108 beads will help shift scattered energy (overwhelm, stress, overthinking) to grounded presence.

When you start, take it step by step. Start of with 10 beads and work your way up… it’s all about building your muscle memory and practicing bringing your mind back to the beads at hand.
