This time of year, we celebrate our Under the Stairs Paper Co. anniversary! An inspiring night out (pictured above) at Anice Jewellery (😘) where we met and chatted with makers, gave us inspiration to get our hands on paper and start creating!

We launched our brand on Etsy and sent our very first card out to our dear friend Courtney 💌. Picking out a business name turned out to be the biggest road block to getting started. It became pretty clear that we had to honour our old basement apartment on Bathurst Street, affectionately nicknamed the Cupboard Under the Stairs.

We're so grateful to you for following along as our business has ebbed and flowed. We would just be two girls drawing and cackling without you!
