Coquelicots. A miniature painting made to be worn.

Deep reds, touches of green and the warmth of 24K gold — a dial inspired by the vivid, fleeting beauty of poppies.

The dial is prepared using a traditional, centuries-old gilding technique, with 24K gold leaf applied entirely by hand. The poppies are then created in miniature painting, a meticulous art historically devoted to the finest details and smallest surfaces.

Layer by layer, petal by petal, the painting comes to life over the luminous gold.

The composition is completed by a glossy ostrich-leg leather strap, with a vivid red lining echoing the colour of the poppies.

A unique work of art, transformed into a Swiss timepiece.

Carraca — a unique piece from the Navigare collection.

A pure silver dial, softly luminous with Perle du Léman — a pearlescent material traditionally made from fish scales from Lake Geneva.

The hand-painted sepia miniature, inspired by a 17th-century engraving, brings an old sailing vessel back to life.

Inside, a TOP-grade automatic movement with traditional decorative finishing completes the piece.

From monumental enamel to miniature enamel.

This dial is the very first study for a new artistic project inspired by the monumental enamel works of Stefan Knapp. His celebrated façade for the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń transformed architecture into a vibrant universe of celestial bodies, constellations and planets.

Our challenge is to capture that same spirit on a watch dial measuring only a few square centimetres.

This hand-enamelled and hand-painted prototype is still a work in progress—a search for the right composition, colours and rhythm. We already feel that the rose gold case and the soft turquoise stingray strap bring the concept to life beautifully.

From monumental walls to miniature timepieces, enamel speaks the same timeless language of light, colour and fire.

A few months ago, we presented Carraca, a piece unique featuring a dial created on Perle du Léman, a remarkable material born from a century-old craft once practised in Saint-Gingolph, on the shores of Lake Geneva.

The warm reception of Carraca inspired us to continue exploring Perle du Léman and the rich heritage of the lake from which it originates.

Today, we are pleased to reveal the first two dials of a new chapter: LEMANICA.

Inspired by the ancient name of Lake Geneva, LEMANICA is dedicated to the lake and its world: its waters, its shores, its vessels, its history and its light.

Each dial is crafted from fine silver and decorated with hand-painted miniature scenes in sepia tones, reminiscent of old photographs and historical engravings. Their luminous background is made from Perle du Léman, a rare material obtained from the scales of the féra, an emblematic fish of Lake Geneva, and revived from a local craft tradition dating back more than a century in Saint-Gingolph.

Through LEMANICA, we wish to celebrate the many faces of the lake: traditional barques, steamships, sailing boats, the Bol d'Or regatta, harbours, lakeside villages, and the ever-changing dialogue between water, wind and mountains.

These two dials mark the beginning of the journey.

Before the watch, there is the dial.

A base of “perle du Léman” — an essence d’orient, carefully applied in delicate layers over pure silver.

Then, the drawing begins.

Guided by a 17th-century engraving by Jacques Callot, Carraca slowly emerges — line after line, entirely by hand, in micro-painting.
Each detail is interpreted, not reproduced. Each stroke carries time within it.

From material to image, from history to object.
