Shifting your worry into helpful energy 😨➡️ ✨🙌🏼✨
I was on holiday last week and got a phone call that no one wants to get - one of my closest friends was in the ICU.
We were having trouble getting details, so there was a lot of waiting and worrying.
Because I couldn't do anything, my mind started spinning on all the possibilities.
Until I took a minute to step back from my mental chaos, and looked up to see passing clouds in the sky.
It reminded me of a visualization meditation I created to help in situations like these.
It helped me stay calm and clear while we waited and got more information. I was able to enjoy my trip, and things got sorted.
My friend seems to be doing much better now, and I'm incredibly grateful for that.
This practice was made to help you feel grounded and centered in chaotic and uncertain moments that are out of your hands. It helps you call your energy back, understand how to shift it, and direct it with intention.
