Alpes Joyeros is a firmly established jewellery store in Playa Blanca. A very respected retail outlet with a vast selection of merchandise. A family run business supplying a personalised unique experience for all customers. The newly refurbished shop is located on the main shopping walkway that runs parallel to the waterfront promenade. All items come with a guarantee and where applicable appropriate certification. We also have a sister jewellery store on the main waterfront promenade, Bejewel Playa Blanca. Residents can enjoy residency discount. We offer 1-2-1 closed store viewings and home appointments on selected jewellery and watches.

Ok, we know that strictly speaking, the time to focus on sapphires has passed, now that the calendar has flipped over to a new month, but we just can't resist showing you this beautiful piece as a 'last hoorah' to this year's September birthstone.

You may recognise this design as being the same one we showed you at the beginning of last month, with its distinctive double-headed oval cut sapphires, set in a frame of small diamonds.

However, we really couldn't let the season go without showing you this utterly gorgeous teal sapphire variation of that ring, with its stones reflecting the colours of the ocean in green-blue hues. Just look at it! 🌊🩵

If teal is your thing, you need to see this ring.

We're not trying to come over all poetic, but if we were going to about any of our sapphires...it might just be this one. 💎

As September, the month for sapphire, drew to a close last week, we saved the best - well, certainly, the biggest! - until last, with this absolute traffic-stopper of a piece.

This platinum ring contains the largest sapphire we’ve had in our cabinets to date, with a whopping stone weighing over 4 carats of inky-blue beauty - and framed by 1.60 carats of round-cut diamonds.

Sometimes, as the saying goes, you have to go big (and we’ve certainly done that!), or go home.

The question is, will you be the one going home with it? 💎💎💎

A new month means a new birthstone to go with it, and by a fantastic coincidence, we also have a dazzling new collection of diamond pieces set with sapphire, the birthstone for September, to wow you with!

Just look at this ring, for instance, with its twin design of teardrop-cut deep blue sapphires, set in an almost serpent-like design, reminiscent of the ancient Classical era.
