Apologies for the very long radio silence!

After moving to France I got all of the paperwork and bureaucracy sorted out pretty quickly for Jemberelli to continue over here. Then the fun and games started! My materials come from the UK and USA and the new customs charges brought in as a result of Brexit, on top of the usual expenses, have made it impossible to keep my items affordable.

Regrettably this means that Jemberelli is just not viable at the moment. If I find a way to make it work in the future (and I WILL keep exploring my options) I will obviously shout it from the roof tops!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past few years, whether that be buying my hand stamped items, coming to see me at craft fairs, liking & sharing my posts or entering competitions. I have loved very minute of it, particularly the custom and bespoke items that have often kept me on my toes and challenged me!

Hopefully this is au revoir and not adieu!

Today is World Book Day.

Over the last couple of years I have made a huge number of bookmarks. Some are ‘off the shelf’ but many have been bespoke commissions.

There are so many options!

💜 Text and design stamps can be all black, multi-coloured or a mix
💜 Edges can be plain or textured
💜 Swarovski crystals can be added
💜 You can have a hole punched and thread or a tassel added
💜 Your bookmark can be landscape or portrait

All of my bookmarks are in one size: 25mm x 100mm and 1.2mm thick
This means that it is nice and light and not too bulky so it won’t distort the pages of your precious books.

Prices start at 13€

Please note that I am unable to post outside of France at the moment. I will, of course, update should this situation change.

How amazing is this new stamping block?
It’s a vintage chopping block made from a huge chunk of walnut and as soon as I saw it I had to have it!!

It has had a good clean today and is ready for its first test run tomorrow! 💜

Things are still going on in the background to get Jemberelli properly set up and ready to sell but today I received my Carte Ambulante which allows me to sell at markets and other venues outside of our commune.

That’s another one ticked off my list! ✔️

Once again, things have changed to make it more difficult to run a business page without paying FaceAche a fortune in adverts etc.

Shortly, liking a page will not be enough. To see any updates or activity you will have to follow the page that you want to see.
