I have brought into stock a small curated collection of Lingam Stones, Mala Beads and Worry Beads.

Lingam stones are smooth, oval-shaped sacred stones traditionally found in the Narmada River in India. They are naturally formed from cryptocrystalline quartz and marked by distinctive bands or stripes. In Hinduism, these stones symbolize the union of masculine and feminine energies—representing the divine cosmic balance associated with Shiva. Many people use them in meditation or spiritual practices, believing they promote grounding, transformation, and inner harmony.

Mala beads are traditionally used as a tool for meditation and mindfulness, helping practitioners keep count while repeating a mantra, prayer, or breath cycle. Commonly associated with spiritual traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism, a standard mala typically contains 108 beads, each one guiding focus and rhythm during practice. As the beads are moved one by one through the fingers, they encourage a steady, calming flow of attention, making it easier to enter a meditative state. Beyond spiritual use, many people also use mala beads as a reminder to stay present, grounded, and intentional throughout the day.

The crystal worry beads are used similarly and can be run through the fingers during meditation or other forms of relaxation practices to ease anxiety and stress. Their cool feel can be calming as you bring them in line with your body temperature and help guide you into a more peaceful state. Originating from Greek culture they can even be deemed an early fidget spinners which are used widely today for the same reason!

Welcome to “Tumble ‘Topia” in store!

I was on a mission last week to find the right vessel for my tumbles and thanks to Alnwick Vintage and Antique I came across this doozy of a tub! Have you ever submerged your hands (particularly arthritic ones) in a tub of re-energising crystals? If not here’s your chance.
