Stepped outside my comfort zone tonight and immersed myself in a journaling workshop.
I arrived with nothing but an open mind, and left with layers of inspiration.
Creative journaling feels like a softer, more intentional way to process life when things feel heavy.
So grateful to for holding such a nourishing space, I’ll definitely be back
