I can't say that the soldering gods were particularly on our side that day, but at least through troubleshooting we could make plenty of different rings!
The results are absolutely stunning. Well done, everyone and thank you for coming to the workshop.

What a weekend!
Here are pictures from Friday's workshops. I love when rings take over and get life of their own. It was great as always, thank you, everyone, for coming and I hope I will see you again!

The next workshop is on 10th July and since it is traditionally hard sell for that weekend, you might be able to make more in a smaller class :-)

And that is a wrap! The past six weeks we were making rings, more rings than you can fit into a single instagram post or even remember to photograph. It was an absolute joy to come every Monday to The Crescent and spend time with a fantastic group making and thinking and challenging and pushing boundaries and learning.
Thank you, everyone, for making the first six weeks in a new venue so special!

If you would like to make similar rings, there is a two day intensive workshop coming up in August or I'll run shorter workshops in Bangor .studios in July (stone setting) and August (sea glass).

Workshops in the are well on the way. This week we finished rings with set stones and I finally remembered to take pictures! I mean, they are all amazing. We built bezel settings from scratch, made ringshanks and learned to set stones (no glue, no shortcuts) and they all sit so well... I can't wait to see what we will make on Monday, when everyone will work on their very own designs...

There is a two days intenzive ring making workshop coming up in August (link below) where we will make these as well as a good stack of stacking rings.

Last Saturday, another magic happened! Absolutely gorgeous sea glass pendants and lovely company for the afternoon. This never gets old, and I'm incredibly thankful that I can meet all of you in the workshop to make something beautiful together.

June workshops have 1 space left for Friday evening and 2 spaces in Saturday, if you would like to come, it's a good idea to book before they are full!

I think we can call the first workshop a success! Fantastic designs, brilliant atmosphere and so much good work done! Thank you everyone for coming, it was a pleasure to spend the Saturday in the workshop with you and I hope we will meet again and hammer some silver! (with sand bags or without!)
