A little trip to Burford with the lovely Beorma

Last week I packed up my jewellery and headed to the beautiful Cotswolds to join Beorma at Wysdom, their pop-up space on Burford High Street.

It was a lovely opportunity to take Issi O Jewellery somewhere new, share my work and meet people who might not otherwise have come across it.

I love getting out from behind my workbench and having those conversations about jewellery, the pieces people already treasure, the ones they'd love to create, and the memories and people connected to them.

A huge thank you to Beorma for inviting me along and making me feel so welcome!

And to everyone who stopped by for a chat, had a look at my work or showed an interest in what I do, thank you. ✨

Still buzzing from Birmingham Open Studios CIC! 💫

So much creativity, lovely people and brilliant conversations about jewellery, remodelling and all the stories behind the pieces we keep.

It honestly restored my faith in humanity a little bit seeing so many creative people come together to support art, makers and each other’s endeavours. ❤️

Feeling very grateful to everyone who came to say hello, had a chat, supported my work or simply stopped for a nose.

What a couple of weekends! 🥰

It’s been a busy couple of weeks for Issi O Jewellery! 💫

After a brilliant first weekend at Moseley Exchange, I’m unpacking, setting up and getting everything ready for the second weekend of

Yesterday and today, I’ll be at Cartland Tea Rooms in Kings Heath Park, , with a selection of my jewellery, some sketches, work in progress and lots of ideas.

One of the things I’ve really enjoyed about Open Studios this year is getting out and meeting you all. So much of my jewellery starts with a conversation, whether it’s a new bespoke idea, transforming jewellery that’s sitting unworn at home, or simply talking through what might be possible.

I’m looking forward to another great day of meeting new people, chatting jewellery and hopefully hearing a few more stories along the way.
