I recently had the chance to visit Snap-on in Reading and teach their team mindfulness origami. Their office manager, Gemma is doing amazing work in promoting workplace wellbeing. Many of us get so caught up in work that we forget to take care of ourselves. We had a great conversation about prioritising self-care and mindfulness. I'm grateful for the opportunity to share mindfulness origami creation with others. Hopefully, I can reach more people in the future!

I absolutely love teaching art to children! It brings me so much joy to see them engaged, and it makes me feel like Iā€™m truly making a difference in their precious young minds. I want all of these kids to maintain their confidence and trust their creative instincts. I truly love what I do! šŸ˜ŠšŸ™

The afternoon class was designed for younger children, aged between 5 and 8.

I am always amazed by their clarity of thought and how well they understand what they want to express. I hope to nurture their creativity as they continue to grow.
