Few ferule changes this week. 1 snapped off. 1 came loose and 1 the player wanted to go from brass to titanium.

I'm not saying this will work for everyone, but the cue in the middle was dropped to me Wednesday night, I turned it round in a day and on Thursday afternoon the player won a flyer at the pool club he plays at. 😎🏆

Right then, here she is. An absolute beauty of a cue. Mastercraft Ultimate handmade in the UK. Lovely clean maple shaft. Jet black ebony and 5 alternate exotic splices. Snake wood double front splices with green and white veneers. The work in this cue is fantastic. The last mastercraft ultimate I saw, went for £595. New this would cost around £750

I received this cue today. I have tidied the tip, cleaned the shaft up, re oiled and cue balmed it. Also oiled and balmed the butt of the cue, made it shine. This is a real top end cue at a really good price. I have also spoken to mastercraft cues to confirm the cue is genuine, which they have and to ask them to supply a standard badge for the cue as current badge was personalised by the guy who had it custom made. Cue will be ready once I received the replacement badge and fit it.

Couple of Ferrule changes from this week. One traditional 9mm brass and the other a 9mm century pro titanium. Both look great when fitted and cleaned properly. Both owners very happy.
One cue was a cue bought from me a number of years ago, and the other a new cue from a regular who brings me his friends cues to work on. Always happy when people return for more work to be done

So, i know John Higgins is using another new cue. He has gone into a partnership with a Chinese cue manufacturer, lasting 10 years. It looks like some kind of inlay on the top of the cue. Can't see any decent pics of it, plus he's being secretive about the brand of the cue. Any thoughts?

I bought this cue a couple weeks ago from Woodhouse cues. It's a demon ultimate handmade in Thailand. Stunning classy design ash n ebony. With an ultimate grade shaft. I wanted to try a cue with a bit more weight as I always had lighter cues. But I didn't get on with it. Cue is brand new! With a new highland pro extra hard tip fitted.
As you can see in the photo the same cue but number 09 is still £300 on the website.
I'm asking £250 for this one decent savings for a basically brand new ultimate cue

A job brought to me for a new tip. First look, I thought who the hell has done this hack job!? Wasn't surprised with the answer at all. I will not name any names as i don't know the situation but safe to say I wouldn't be giving this back to the owner looking like that. Nice soft/medium highland pro fitted and cue and ferule cleaned up. Had to blend the shaft and ferule. But 10 mins and done. But of oil on the shaft after. Good as new.

I have a selection of these tips if anyone wants to try them out? Highland pro cue tips are designed and supplied by snooker professional Ross Muir and have been years in the making and testing.
I have already fitted 2 X soft tips to two local pool players who like them. I fitted a medium to my cue, however I found it a little bit too soft but I like a slightly harder tip anyway. So I've ordered some of every grade to try. I have 2 X extra hard. 2x hard 2x medium and 3 x softs.
I will be doing these at £10 fitted for the time being. They are a lower priced premium tip so they are affordable. If I stock these after getting decent feedback, the price will not stay at £10 fitted
