• Meet the faces behind The Eclectic Jeweller •
We thought it was about time we properly introduced ourselves… the mother-daughter duo behind TEJ, utterly obsessed with mixing shiny metals and sparkles.
I’m Shannon, a singer/songwriter/sound healer/ lover of all things creative & aesthetically pleasing and I look after the art direction & socials for TEJ (unless my mum accidentally starts replying to your DMs thinking she’s on her own account 🤭)
And this is Linda, my wonderful mum ~ the true jeweller and heart of our little brand. She creates every piece by hand in her cosy Cotswolds studio (we lovingly call it our Atelier… we’re manifesting big things) and has been quietly making jewellery for years, honing her craft and developing her own distinct style.
It was the ring she made me for my 30th birthday (see slide two!) that changed everything. She gave it to me a week early because she was too excited to wait and honestly, I haven’t taken it off since. Soon my friends started asking for one too and before we knew it, The Eclectic Jeweller was born.
That ring marked more than just a birthday, it arrived right in the midst of both of our Saturn Returns, a time of transformation and rediscovery. Somehow, it all aligned perfectly: my mum found her artistic voice and together, we found our shared path.
What began as a small creative experiment has grown into something that continues to evolve one handcrafted piece at a time. Every purchase means I get to see my mum doing what she absolutely loves, whilst also getting first dibs on any new creations she makes in the process! LUCKY ME!
I really am her no.1 fan and helping her fuel this passion of hers (honestly she’s utterly obsessed) as a daughter who’s always been shown endless encouragement with my own creative ventures, is the least I could do!
