We all procrastinate.
Even the most organised, and driven of us have little moments of procrastination.
However, some of us, myself included, are absolutely brilliant at it!
Give me something big I want to get done, and I'll give you a whole list of side quests that I've managed to do instead.
Oh and don't get me started on Doom Scrolling. I can lose half an hour of my life, that I am never getting back, as soon as my thumb hits that facebook button on my phone.
I wouldn't mind but I was probably going to look up something really important too.
I won't lie, It frustrates the hell out of me!
Sound familiar?
So what can we do to help ourselves? Well a group of heads are better than one, so if you would like to explore ways to combat the dreaded procrastination, why not join us at our next Discovery Club Wednesday 26th January 2025, at 8pm to 9.30pm.
We would really love to have you there!
It's over zoom so it's nice and easy to attend, you can literally be anywhere in the world and it's SONG WEEK so have your favourite motivational song on hand.
We will also be deciding our goal for the next two weeks and of course, my favourite part, visualising our new future.
