CONNECTION ~ Every design that holds my creativity in its hands is always rooted in connection. Our connection to each other, to ourselves. I think that is what always draws me back to rings with duality. The act of taking two pieces apart, putting them together…there’s something mindful about it, something connecting.

DESIGN NATION - Presents 35 UK makers for London Design Festival 2026. 9-20th September, 11am-6pm daily, free admission OXO GALLERY, OXO Tower Wharf, Barge House Street, London, SE1 9PH. The exhibition spans ceramics, jewellery, textiles, glass, wood, lighting, paper, fibre and metal, with work loosely grouped around four themes ;Nature & Sustainability, Heritage Reimagined, Geometric vs Organic and Vibrancy & Calm. Every piece on show is available to buy directly from the maker.

ART DECO X DUALITY ~ My inspiration is Art Deco shapes on the surface but deeper than that, all designs are inspired by the human condition. The evolution of self, the duality of being. This ring encapsulates the many facets of me as a designer; art deco, simplicity, duality and ethical sourcing. Made with Fairtrade gold, a garnet and CanadaMark diamonds. COOPERS YARD OPEN STUDIOS - Coopers Yard is a creative community hidden away just off Crystal Palace highstreet. The yard itself is the vision of the owner who has, over 25 years, lovingly restored and reimagined the yard using reclaimed ironwork & a unique creative approach. The yard is also home to a secret cinema used for private events, a shed that transforms into a pub (and sometimes serves our own b**r brewed from hops grown in the yard) and about 20 artists, makers and creatives. Pop in on the 20th or 21st June between 11am - 5pm where some of the resident artists will be opening their studios to the public. The yard only opens twice a year in this way so don’t miss your chance to experience the magic of the yard artist open house

NEW DESIGNS ~ I’ve been a bit quite as a prep for an exciting exhibition in September and have been using the time to do some new designs. I am leaning into my signature style and have designed a new 2in1 ring and a 3in1 ring. I always have a silver prototype cast so I can see how it works in metal before i invest in the gold pieces. These type of rings have been something I’ve loved since college & represents the evolution and constant change of the human experience. The coming apart, coming together cycle I seem to constantly move through. Watch this space to see how they turn out.
