Tiled part of my kitchen, assisted by the excellent and supervised by Lucy. It was very fun although I’m glad I had Jen to help with the tile sticking part as the rapid set adhesive was FAST. 😅 Borrowed a tile cutter from and the Darth Vader DIY Apron was important PPE. Swipe to see the tiles come off and go back to sad white wall.

Thanks to Glasgow Trades Collective for the skills, confidence, advice and encouragement. 💪🏻

Tiles are from Artisan Tile Co

I hung some cute stuff on the wall in my living room and I’m very proud of myself for doing DIY! It’s all been lying around the house for about 5 years. 😅 Thanks to Glasgow Trades Collective as after going on their course I am waaay less scared of using a drill and nothing has fallen off the wall yet (despite my cat’s best attempts at knocking stuff off). I still have a couple of things to add but I think it looks a lot better than the tragic lone picture hook that used to be there (swipe for before pics!). 😂

Please tell me you also have piles of stuff around your home that you’re absolutely going to hang “soon”?? 🫠
