I went for a lovely sunny walk this morning past Tudor House and into Hanworth Airpark so I could and use my Cornell University Merlin Bird App to listen for birds, and I saw my first bluebell of the year too🪻Have a beautiful day everyone 🌞

Hello friends,
I've so much personal stuff going on behind the scenes at Casa LovesVintage it seems to have taken over and the days are flying by without me catching up with you lovely lot and finding out what you've been up to, so I'm sorry about that x

My business is feeling the strain a bit at the moment, I've been hanging in there whilst those around me close up shop in their droves... my website just isn't performing as it should and my Amazon Handmade shop has never gone back to normal since the reclassification in the the main catalogue, and Etsy keep making so many changes that are detrimental to UK sellers, I'm kind of hanging in there by a thread at the moment... I'm really hoping this will change soon.

I have made the decision to close my website down when my subscription to Big Cartel ends in April, and I am going to trial an alternative which gets a lot of good feedback from sellers who use it, so watch this space! Am hoping I can just make the transition over without a break in cover, but I will keep you all updated.

In the meantime wrap up warm today and watch out for flying branches- it's not very nice out there at all and feels like October again! Take care, S x

EDIT: IT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN FIXED AT LAST
Another day, another Etsy issue.

Since yesterday morning- when you go to purchase an item , as soon as you click on the drop down menu to choose your earring closure, a banner appears under the price stating " this item doesn't ship to the united kingdom" .
I have only just been made aware of this when I visited the forums to see why on Earth my shop has been so dead all day...
this is obviously incorrect and despite this appearing, I believe you can still make the purchase, however this will have put most potential buyers off.
Etsy say they are working on a fix , but they've been telling people that since yesterday morning.

Anyway, if you are trying to buy anything from my Etsy shop, I do obviously still ship to the United Kingdom so ignore that little pop up. S x
