Just a little reminder that it's the Lady Heyes car boot tomorrow and HVS studio is open for visitors 11am - 4pm, so please do call in.

Also there are last minute placed left for the silver clay beginners workshop on Sunday. Come and try your hand at this magical modern method of creating silver jewellery.

Morning all!

Are there any plans for today? I've got a busy day ahead, which hopefully will include taking some photographs, working out what our "style" might be, and moving a little dog related project on a bit.

If the day pans out as I've got it planned in my head, then very soon, we might be ready to start work on the shop section of the website. It's been sorely neglected recently, but my head is full of ideas for it. Silver has been ordered for new pieces, and there may be a slight change in direction for it. Watch this space for updates.

And the doggy related project? Ever wanted to make jewellery with your best pals paw or nose print on? We are working on it, and it's coming soon!

Quite a few of our workshops are suitable for our younger folk, for example the aluminium stamping workshop, sea glass drilling workshop or the wrap ring workshop. None of these require flames and fire, or hot metal and the worst that can happen is a hitting a finger with a hammer!

Completing the course with one of your children is a really lovely bonding experience, and create beautiful memories as well as creating pieces to keep as a reminder of the session.
