How do I stop limescale buildup?
Clean your appliances regularly

Keeping items dry will prevent limescale by stopping water from evaporating and leaving mineral deposits. You should tackle limescale as soon as you notice it beginning to form, and ideally be cleaning at least once a week to prevent it from building up.

Spray VIAKAL all over your taps and sink and leave for a few minutes for it to do its work. Use a microfibre cloth to work the limescale remover into the taps and focus on places where it can build up like around the base of the tap and handles and leave for a few more minutes if needed.

Do Not Use Viakal on: Acid sensitive surfaces (e.g. gold, silver, cooper, aluminium), coloured or old/damaged enamel, plastic water boilers, natural stone (e.g. marble, travertine), hot/damaged or scratched surfaces and eletric appliances. If in doubt, test on a hidden area before use.

Black composite sinks, for example, can show hard water and soap scum more readily than lighter colors. To counter this, clean your sink daily with a non-abrasive cleaner and soft bristle brush. This helps prevent the buildup of grime that tends to show more on black surfaces.

Combine ingredients: Add equal parts distilled white vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Add dishwashing liquid: Pour 1 teaspoon of dishwashing liquid into the spray bottle. Let sit: Spritz solution onto shower door and let sit for 15 minutes. Wipe clean: After 15 minutes, use a microfiber cloth to wipe clean.

!!!!! Cleaning the rubber seal cleaning!
It's quite a narrow and awkward strip to access so a soft toothbrush is usually more suitable than a brillo pad. You can try spraying some mould and mildew remover on the seal, leaving it for 15-20mins before removing it with the toothbrush and rinsing it down with clean water.
