If you’ve had a hard week or have been feeling burnt out recently, take a look at these 3 crystals to help you feel like yourself again!

First we have rhodonite which teaches us to put ourselves first and always treat rest like a priority and not something we have to earn

Next we have carnelian, which is a beautiful stone for vitality and reigniting passion! It also helps to bring back our energy, motivation and spark!

Finally we have septarian, which is a lovely crystal for grounding and stability. It’s really great for settling overwhelm and helping us get our feet back on the ground after a tough period!

This weeks’s crystal of the week is amethyst!

This is great for fostering a calm, relaxing and peaceful energy!

One of the best ways to use amethyst is to hold some whilst journaling and take a few moments to yourself to write down anything that is bothering you, to help make your mind a bit clearer.

It’s also great as a study or focus buddy, and is a brilliant tool for unlocking your inner wisdom during meditation!

It’s also a nice addition to a bedside table to create a relaxing and peaceful sleep space

As always it’s great to pair your crystals with affirmations!

Hold your amethyst and repeat these!

Well here’s 4 pairings you can try to get the most out of your intentions!

First we have Nag Champa and Clear Quartz!
These two are both associated with clarity, spiritual connection and meditation. Use these together to level up your intentions whilst meditating or journaling!

Next we have jasmine and green aventurine!
This pair harnesses the energy of prosperity and abundance. Use these together to bring in new opportunities for wealth!

My favourite is dragon’s blood and bloodstone! This combines the protective and grounding effect of dragon’s blood with the strength and courage of bloodstone. Use these together to help you get stuff done and work towards your goals!
