Since launching my new collection of greetings cards I had a request for an A4 print of my ‘Dandelions’ and here it is on the wall with beautifully styled ornaments around it 😍

You may have seen snippets recently but I’ve officially brought out a small collection of illustrated greeting cards featuring dandelion, figs, passionflower and foxglove. Each design has been illustrated by me, inspired by natural forms and soft colour palettes. They will be available at next week and I will be adding them soon to my webshop at www.larka.co.uk too. I’m currently working on more designs featuring a more abstract and geometric theme so watch out for them soon.
Which is your favourite from my botanical range, I’d love to know.

Hey, I know it been a very long time really since I’ve posted something new here on insta. Well, since my I’ve started my new tattoo journey I’ve realised how much I’ve fallen back in love with drawing. Working more illustratively has really ignited something in me creatively and given me a lovely freedom away from the geometric constraints of the laser cutter. Of course I’ve had to add abstract elements and little pops of colour, just can’t help myself!
But this new way may slowly be weaving its way into some of new jewellery designs too but does this still feel like Lärka to you?
Should I go with the flow?

Happy New Year ✨ (only a few weeks late…)
I’ve got a few days off from tattooing, so I’m spending them focusing on jewellery which I’m looking forward too. Switching between these two roles works quite well, it’s like having a mini holiday when I’ve not done one for a bit, so when I come back to it I’m all excited and full of ideas 🤩 So today is all about sketching, prototyping and finally giving some ideas a bit of attention.

Photos of my Lína studs for the gram as I’ve not given these guys much attention for a long time and Madonna ‘lucky star’ just for fun!

Just looking at photos on my phone from last year and came across this animation of me drawing up this ring design last January. Maybe I’ll manage to get round in making it this year sometime, even if it’s just for me!
