Vanilla and Raspberry Sponge Cake 👩‍🍳🌹🍰

Two layers of vanilla sponge, filled with piped vanilla buttercream and a hidden layer of raspberry jam, then finished with piped vanilla buttercream and pink and white hundreds and thousands sprinkles

Two Tier Leopard Print-Themed 50th Birthday Celebration Cake

The bottom tier was a vanilla flavoured sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam and the top tier was a lemon flavoured sponge filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. Both tiers were covered in ivory fondant icing and edible leopard print cake wraps supplied by CC's - Cake Supplies and Cakes. The top tier was covered with animal print and finished with a handmade large ivory sugar flower and gold sugar leaves. Wide gold ribbon finished the base of each cake and the bottom tier had a continuous spiral of ivory buttercream piped around the top edge 👩‍🍳🌹🎂

Our first test day has finally arrived and we will be open for takeaway coffee and cake, with a small outside seating area.
Come and have a chat and find out about our plans for Cafe Roots at Hanwood Park and how we will grow from our current position as a takeaway to a full cafe in the future.

A few things to note following some messages from people who have come across Cafe Roots on socials ……

* Currently no indoor seating.

* Dogs are welcome and there are some lovely walks via footpaths to us.

* We don’t have customer toilets at our temporary location, hence the opening as takeaway to start.

* Full hours to be updated from July.
June will be weekends only 10-4 with maybe the odd sunshine evening, weather dependent, I’ll share those as and when.
