Mixed up order 😬
A couple of weeks ago I received an Etsy order heading all the way to the USA 🇺🇸

✔️ Packaged
✔️ Posted
I even smiled to myself because it was my first ever US order for wine glass charms. Most of my orders are UK-based 💫
Fast forward to earlier this week and I received an email from the customer… she’d ordered and paid for 8 charms, but only 6 had arrived.
My heart sank 😞
The realisation that I’d mixed up orders is the worst feeling as a small business owner and to make matters worse, the charms are for a gift needed by 12th Feb 😭
Thankfully, this lovely customer was so understanding and happy for me to send out the remaining 2 charms and of course I added 2 extra as an apology 💕
The speed at which I made those charms that night?! Olympic level 🏃🏾♀️✨
They were posted first thing the next day.
Now I just need Royal Mail to work their magic and get them there on time 🤞🏾📦
