We are delighted to launch our newest collection, made in Myanmar, ‘Temple Bells’.

This is a small collection of handmade gold temple bells. These unique bells feature a mantra and a red and pink sparkle of locally mined spinel. The bell is used in Myanmar at temples and monasteries to call for prayer, it represents the Buddha’s clear teaching of the Dharma, but also to call the good spirits and drive away any malevolent spirits. Bells are also used by the nuns and monks on their daily walk for alms to bring people out to share their food.

Temple Bells was made by the incredibly talented artisans of and is available to purchase in our London and LA shops, and on the web.

I am delighted to be heading on tour this summer with my magical gems and rocks to California where I will be visiting our Los Angeles shop, and our wonderful stockist Wright’s in Manhattan Beach. I’m then heading on to Wyoming to spend time with the amazing team at our stockist No. 62, and then finally I will be in Tokyo in July showing with Barney’s Japan. ✨

The Meena collection is named for Meena Keshwar Kamal, an Afghan political activist and founder of the Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan in 1977. Meena fought for women’s rights, democracy, and social justice under extremely dangerous conditions; her legacy continues through RAWA’s ongoing work.

In the Meena collection, we have used beautiful Afghan lapis, leaving the stone rough to keep its mountain power, and set it in gold vermeil. We have made uneven, worn beads, giving a very human and humble addition inspired by prayer and worry beads. For millennia, humans have run their fingers through beads, shaping them with emotion.
