Gary joins at an exciting stage in our evolution, bringing more than 20 years of experience in hospitality technology, product development and platform connectivity. His appointment further strengthens our focus on building a secure, scalable and future-ready platform ecosystem for our global partners.

Working closely with our Product team, Gary will lead the continued evolution of REZswitch®, our two-way API connecting PMS and CRS platforms, helping enhance connectivity standards, streamline collaboration and support the next phase of global growth across the HotelREZ network.

Gary’s expertise in scaling connectivity infrastructure and building high-performing teams will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen the technical foundations that support our hotels, partners and distribution ecosystem worldwide.

We’re incredibly proud to share that our colleague Oliver Short, Customer Success Manager, is taking on the AJBell Great Manchester Run half marathon on 31st May 2026 🏃‍♂️

Oliver is running in support of The Compassionate Friends, a charity that provides vital support to bereaved parents and their families following the loss of a child.

Taking on this challenge means a great deal to Oli, as it’s a cause that’s very close to his heart. As he shares:
“Having lost someone close to me in recent times, I have seen how devastating the impacts are for that person’s family and friends, so I am grateful to be able to raise money for a charity who work to support those going through similar experiences.”

We’re pleased to announce that Frank Fuentes has joined HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts as Senior Vice President, The Americas.

Frank will lead HotelREZ’s Americas strategy, as HotelREZ accelerates its expansion across the region and strengthens leadership capacity to support continued global growth.
