le and places which occur throughout the year - and that the delegates at our forums are influential and inspirational. We invite UK buyers primarily with German and other key Eu markets and European suppliers. The programme generally takes place over 2.5 days and 2 nights and is formatted to offer delegates the maximum benefits within the optimum time frame. Delegates arrive Thursday for an early evening start. Departure is after lunch on Saturday afternoon. Hosted buyers are usually offered the option to stay an extra day for a hosted destination discovery incentive. It is an extremely productive balance of meetings, networking, educational and exchange sessions, consolidation and fun - a true reflection of our industry. The emphasis will be on adding benefit throughout the programme – with surprises along the way. The venues we use offer relaxing luxury in which to build relationships and do business - and the destinations are inspiring. Our forums are generally kept to a highly effective balance of between 115-125 Suppliers and between 70-85 Buyers - ensuring the size of the forum is kept intimate and enabling everyone to be able to meet at some point during the programme. Currently about to launch the destination of our 10th successful forum for Spring 2018, we run two forums annually - one in Spring and one in Autumn. Previous successful forums have been held in Berlin, Madrid, Cannes, Cascais, Warsaw, Athens Riviera, Copenhagen and our 9th forum for Autumn 2017 will be in fabulous Budapest.
