This is trio of images from the photographer always been a fan of his work and his perspective.

It was a pleasure to be included in his book and nice to feel part of the motorcycle community.

During covid, I challenged myself to build my Shovel. Sure I was tempted by making it a “chopper” with a hard tail, the wassel tank and a cool sissy bar but the beauty of a custom motorcycle is that you get the chance to express yourself and put your style or handwriting to on the bike. Taking in consideration everything I wanted to use the bike for I came up with this and after 4 years it has been my companion for some incredible moments.
Sure it’s not got crazy fabrication and super unique one off bits but with the tools I had and help from friends around me I was able to put my touch to the bike and hopefully people will recognise it as my bike.
To quote the don giulio “build your own bike not someone else’s”
Far from finished & far from perfect

Bespoke walking boot made for a man with a very slim heel. He struggled to fit most of the peg boots so came in for a full handmade last in his dimensions.
Made in , stitch down construction with Eva and a sole.

This was my first mountaineer boot pattern I made and I thoroughly enjoyed the research into making them. Ever since I was a boy I have been obsessed with mountains.

Thank you for your help and taking the time to answer all my questions and Dominic Casey for all the tips on making the special bellows tongue to keep the water out.

Today is a tough day.
It’s after 7 years at Sunbury Workshops that I have given my notice to leave.
The Eat Work Art take over has resulted in more than double of a rent increase which is no longer affordable for businesses like mine.

Sunbury Workshops is where I was able to grow my business from the ground up and where I have learnt so many things about myself and my craft.
Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey so far. Whether it be from repairs or bespoke boots or simple encouragement and kind words about my work.
Thank you to for welcoming me into the space 7 years ago, the company and the endless shoemaking lessons. Thank you to and for your company in the last few months.

I am very much looking forward to this next chapter in my career as many new exciting opportunities have presented themselves, which I look forward to sharing with you down the line.
Here’s to hoping there is still affordable workshops left in London.
If anyone has any leads please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for the picture.
