As an Englishmen, a Royalist and also in my professional capacity, I am very offended by what this person is doing and thus I am sharing and advising, please avoid this person who in my professional opinion is a complete fake, he is Mr. James Scott Walling-Carver who claims to be amongst many things as: His Royal Highness, His Most Serene Highness, His Ducal Serene Highness, His Grand Ducal Highness, His Illustrious Highness Prince James Scott Walling Carver. He claims so many titles, he has it wrong in his descriptions to start with, which immediately shows he is a fake. A common mistake I have found over the years by many impostors who get their Titles and Pre nominal’s incorrect.
His website (http://www.HRHJamesScottWallingCarver.org) shows the many titles he is claiming, including two British Dukedoms, four Earldoms and one Barony and many German and other titles etc…. I state now, NONE of these can be claimed or revived by him nor ever likely too. His many Letters Patents that he has posted up claiming that he is having them or has had them revived in his favour by Her Majesty the Queen of Great Britain and signed in her name is nothing short of a complete and utter lie, a fantasy and a deception if not fraudulent. These patents are totally bogus, incorrect both in wording and design. I have spoken with both the Privileges Committee at the House of Lords, who decide upon a legitimate claim and the College of Arms who then issues the Letters Patent (This is the procedure in the UK, I have done this work with them before and currently doing so for a client). Not one of these bogus Letters Patents claimed by Mr. Carver has been sanctioned or approved or issued to Mr. Carver by them as he claims in his website.
He like many people (Sadly mostly Americans) state that they are direct descendants of this and that Royal or Noble etc… if they were they would be that Royal or Noble, the fact they are not means they are not direct decent in the British/European sense which is after all the culture they are claiming from. What they are or have is an Ancestral Connection to these Royals, Nobles etc… NOT direct decent, a common misunderstanding (Again mostly by Americans). Also he is using and thus stolen the artwork without permission (Not that he would ever get it) from Tim Noad, whose work has been copied on the Letters Patent, Tim is an artist for the English College of Arms in the UK.
Mr. Carver has also used the Coat of arms without permission (Not that he would ever get it) of the Duke of Norfolk, the Hereditary Earl Marshal of England who is the Head of the English College of Arms. All of this work and website has now been sent to the Earl Marshal of England the Duke of Norfolk, the Garter King at the English College of Arms, The Lord Chamberlain for Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace and no doubt to the Foreign Office and the Home Office. It is a serious offence to impersonate documents from Her Majesty the Queen of Great Britain as it is also an offence to use copyright material from an Artist and Personal Arms of an individual in this case the Duke of Norfolk and Her Majesty. It is also an offence to impersonate an English Peer of the Realm such as a Duke, an Earl and a Baron which Mr. Carver is claiming. Let alone the offence he is committing by claiming to be a Hereditary Prince/Duke of several German and other Royal Houses which are well known and have recognised Hereditary Prince/Dukes as head of their respective Royal Houses of which Mr. Carver is not one of them according to the recognised booked called the Almanach De Gotha which is like the genealogical Bible of the Royal and Noble Houses of Europe.
You have been advised, do not approach or send any funds to Mr. Carver nor fall for his fake bogus impersonations of a Prince etc…. in doing so you are feeding his fantasy and wasting good time, funds and your dignity by aiding and abetting this impostor. “A fool and his money (dignity, integrity) are soon and easily parted”.

There are many other so called Princes and Princesses who claim to be or use a given name as a title to mislead people, I will be advising you to avoid them over time and positing up details etc… to help you understand the real truth of these people and what they do and belong too.
